Return & Refund Policy

At Love, by Breed™, every item is made especially for you when you place your order. Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or other buyer preference.

Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

We want you to love what you receive. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photos showing the issue. Once we review the information, we’ll work with you to make it right. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement or refund.

Lost or missing packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your property, with household members or neighbors, and with the shipping carrier. We’ll be happy to help where we can, although we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect shipping addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If an order cannot be delivered because the address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, additional costs for replacement or reshipment may be the customer’s responsibility.

Cancellations and order changes

Because products are made to order and may enter production soon after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once submitted. If you notice a mistake, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help.
