Cleo belongs to my dear friend Karell, and when I asked her to tell me something special about Cleo, she had a problem: how do you choose just one story after twelve years together?

Maybe you don’t. Maybe the story is in all the little things.

It’s Cleo’s smile, the sweet, unmistakable grin that still gets Karell every time. It’s the way her ears move when you talk to her, as though she understands every single word and is patiently waiting for you to finally get to the important part.

It’s how deeply she loves her people. How seriously she loves her toys. And how, at 12 years young, she still has plenty of personality and plenty to say.
